Amanda Jean Russell was born July 13, 1978. She is the daughter of  Yoland Bond the Late Ronald Russell.  She had 3 sisters LaCausta, Candy & Shayla and 2 brothers Jamian & Tyler.  Manda also had 2 beautiful daughters Lexi and Courtney. Manda was a loving and devoted mother.  It is a sad story of how Manda got her angel wings.. She went in for a  hysterectomy.  While in the hospital the doctor in which she had been seeing.  Gave her a medicine that she was deathly allergic too.  As a result to that Amanda Jean became an Angel on January 24, 2008.

My Sweet Daughter

They say your eyes can't see,
I say your name and you look right at me
I love you more than I can say.
And I'll always be here day after day.
My baby girl so beautiful and kind
I thank god each day that you are mine.
They say God is taking you home soon
I'm so scared of losing you I don't know
what to do.
I go day by day but each one I am torn.
Then I remember you were called a special
Angel from the day that you were born.
My head and heart are all in a whirl.
I don't want to lose my sweet baby girl.
I'll put my heart and you in God's kind hands.
and expect if he takes you to the promise lands.
I love you so much and don't want to let
you go,
I can and will only if God says to do so.
I know he has special plans for you,
I'm gratefull for the 29 years and your two
daughters too.
I Love you Amanda and I don't understand
But, I'll get the answer when I meet you in the promise Land.
Your Granny knew all along
and in her eyes you could do no wrong
Just so you know I knew it too.
that why a Special Angel was made
of you.
I asked God each day to let me know
How I'll be able to ever let you go.
And it's because I Love my daughter
so beautiful and sweet
And I know one day with God, again
we will meet.
Your girls will always know and love you

I felt so helpless and scared too,
when you were in pain I didn't know
what to do.

I didn't want you to suffer anymore,
At times it hurt so much I had to go
out the door.

I love you Amanda more than life,
The decisions that were made in my
hear are right.

The Angels finally came to take
you home.

And I am here without you all alone.
No more suffering , No more pain
Only God's grace and Holy Name.

Your Dad is there and Granny too,
They were waiting just for you.

Don't be afraid just take thier hand,
And go with them to the promise land.
