Aug. 5, 1960-Oct. 24, 2011
Our Beloved Father, Grandfather, Son, Husband and Brother went to be with the Lord on Oct 24, 2011.
Louie was born in Torrance, Calif., and moved with his family to Santa Paula in 1974 where he attended Santa Paula Union High School and graduated in 1978. He enlisted in the US Army in 1978 and made the army a career for over 16 years, traveling to places like Germany, Korea, and Hawaii where he settled to raise a family. Years later after retiring from the Army, he returned to his hometown of Santa Paula, where he remarried and had a son. He worked for the local hospital in Santa Paula and later for the City of Ventura. Louie was a loving father and grandfather, beloved son, devoted husband and wonderful funny brother. He enjoyed making people laugh. One of his favorite things was his momma's fried chicken. He loved spending time with his family and being outdoors enjoying the sun. He enjoyed camping, family trips, and of course, riding his Harley. It was important for him to encourage his kids to be adventurous and enjoy life. He loved nothing more than his children.
Louie is survived by his mother, Amelia Gonzales; wife, Alisa; his children, Bill (wife Jeanna), Candice, Jonathon (fiance Eileen), Armando, Harley, Dustin, Emily; his grandchildren, Bryson, Kai, Zane; brothers and sisters, Anna (husband Frank), Mary (husband Bobby), Theresa, Mark (wife Rita) and Shawn; his nephews and nieces, Frank Jr., Rocky, Bobby Jr., Allie, Jade, Cristian, Kenneth, Jason, Karisa, Amelia and MarkAnthony. You left us too soon, but you will always be remembered. We all love you.
