My Story

Charles Edward Kougher was born March 12, 1943 and was taken from his family on November 26, 2007. He passed away from Congested Heart Failure. My grandfather was a very good man. He was a truck driver most of his life that is what he did until the day he died. My grandfather had 5 children. My mother Violet Weld is his daughter. From what my mother has told me he was a good father. I know first hand he was a very good grandfather. I miss him very much.
