My Story

Raoul was born October 8, 1941 to Theresa and Arthur Surprenant. He grew up in Lowell, MA. With his first wife, he became the father to his daughter, Lisa. Years later he married again and had two additional children; Jennifer and Jason. Known for his great cooking skills, Raoul spent most of his career as a chef in various nursing facilities. He enjoyed various types of things such as camping, playing horseshoes, cribbage, visiting flea markets and "Wally World", watching TV, fishing and collecting coins. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was a wonderful person all around. Always very generous and looked out for his family and others. He was a great man, and will aways be loved and missed very much.

Thank you Dad for all you have done for me. Thank you for always listening, believing in me & being there for me through good times and bad, helping when I needed it, and most of all for all the love you always gave me. I will always hold you close to my heart. I love and miss you!
