Scott has one sister, Kathleen. He is married to Linda and has two children, Rosemary and Frank.
He played with his toy soldiers in the backyard when he was little, and he loved his collie, Lady.
Scott's passion is teaching computers and programming.He loves his job and tries his best to help every one of his students succeed. He recently wrote a program called compucanvas in which students can build virtual circuts and test them. He also wrote an e-book using this program.
The best days of his life were his wedding day and the days his two kids were born.
Scott was diagnosed with stage four melanoma in 2008. After two surgeries, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy, doctors found "no evidence of disease." Doctors called him "Miracle Man" at Emory Hospital. He has been in remission until May 2011.
Scott loves God, who gets his family through each day.
Scott enjoys walking in the woods, hiking, canoeing, building things, writing programs, and spending time with his family.
