My Story

My Mom was only 59 years old when the Lord called her home. She was fighting breast cancer from 2002, until she passed on April 1, 2009. My mother was my light, my strength, and my guiding force in life.

My Mother married my father when she was 18 years old. My Father was all of 21! But they seem to know from their very first date at the pond that they were meant to be together! My poor father is not doing so well, he misses Mom so much. I really wish he could see into heaven and know that she is loving and looking down on him everyday! They really had a true love. A true love that is nowadays hard to come by. They would have been Married 41 years on April 30th 2009. But at least they had 40 good years together.

There is just me and my sister here now to love my Dad and miss my mom. Without my sister Judy, I would be lost today. She has helped me with Dad, and she has the strength my Mom was blessed with. I am a complete wreck still. But I know Mom, she would say to me, take care of yourself and I will be waiting here on the other side for you sweetheart. I miss You Mom. Dad Misses you, The Grandkids Miss you, Judy misses you and so does all of your friends. You were one of a kind. Thank You for being my Mom!
