Ares aka Pusu was our best friend, our dearest family member. He came into our lives when he was just six weeks old and could fit into a shoebox. Ares loved chasing stray dogs, having his tummy and back scratched, playing in the snow, getting attention from everyone, greeting us when we got home, not being bothered while sleeping in his bed (although his bed was technically our bed), and of course his biggest passion-food. He used to love eating everything from huge chunks of butter that he stole from our kitchen counter to dirty bones that he would find in the park. He used to bring those bones home with such pride and only by bribing him with a piece of ham you could take the bones away from him. If anyone was eating in the house, he was there next to you, begging for a piece of your food and sticking his cute nose in your plate.
We miss you so much Ares! Mom misses working in the study room while you are sleeping at her feet and having you in the kitchen while she cooks. Dad misses going on his night walks with you and having his bedtime conversations with you. Anton misses playing with you and making fun of you because you are scared of baths. And Missy misses going to Cismigiu for an hour with you and feeding you yummy bacon strips that you love so much. You were such a good and beautiful dog and you changed our lives forever. We are so sad that you left us so sudden and will always love you!
