Cecil was known as a wonderful father, loving husband, caring grandfather and a great friend. Everyone that has ever met Cecil has seen what a great man he was. He worked hard every day to provide for his family. He was married to his wife Linda Watson for 26 years. He had 3 daughters Charity, Teresa and Brittany and adopted daughter Julie. He had 4 grandchildren Ethan and Aubrey Seaton and Maddox and Cecil Sealey. Family meant everything to him. He loved them all very much.
