Charlie Bludworth, 70 years old, passed on Saturday, May 9, 2015 peacefully
at home, while watching TV, sitting in his favorite chair. Charlie was born on
March 24, 1945 in Dallas, lived the majority of his life in Austin and died in
Brownwood.
Charlie was an avid hunter and lover of the outdoors. He especially enjoyed
hunting and fishing with his son, Charles Thomas Bludworth and his brother,
Michael.
Charlie loved all of his grandkids, including his granddaughter, Corinne
Formaggio, also known by Charlie as “Peapot.” They enjoyed cartoons every night
and planting flowers. He also loved bringing a smile and rocking granddaughter,
Scout Sheffield, who he affectionately called “lunchbox.” Charlie was so proud
of his grandsons, Trey Fawcett, who attends Baylor University, and Josh
Williams who attends San Angelo State University.
Charlie was preceded in death by his wife Corinne Bludworth, the love of his
life, whom he was married to for 35 years and raised five children. Charlie
leaves behind his step-daughters, Bobbie Fawcett and her husband Don and son
Trey and Renee Bludworth and her children Charles, Josh and Jordan Williams, his
son Charles Thomas Bludworth; his wife Naomi Bludworth and daughter Kendall
Bludworth, his daughters Kellie Bludworth-Lipe with her husband Josh and
children Jacob, Taylor, Phillip and Maycie and Amanda Bludworth Formaggio-Sheffield
and husband David and daughters Corinne Formaggio and Scout Sheffield as well
as his sons whom he recently reunited, Glenn Reinke and Brian Reinke. He is
also survived by his brother Michael Bludworth, wife Sheri Bludworth and nieces
and nephews, Josh Bludworth, Lacey Pierce, Trace Bludworth, and Luke Bludworth;
his sister Marie Bludworth and his parents Charles and Vera Inez Bludworth.
