Derek died 13th June 1993.

Derek died when he was 31 Yrs Old.

Derek had 3 kids Donna,Cheryl and James.

Derek died after having a car accident near his home town.

Derek was such a lovely father, he was a special dad specially when it came to his Girl's and James.

Derek has also 4 Granchildren, Reece, Mason, Taylor and Morgan.

We just all wish that it wasn't you that got taken away from us as we all miss you dearly. It just wasn't your time to go. It maybe 14 Yrs down the line but your in our thoughts every minute of the day.

Your never be forgotten, sleep peacefully Derek (Dad) xx
