In 2003 she met her "soulmate" Les Warren Johnson whom she loved very much. They were very happy and committed to each other. Les, along with Donna's 3 daughters, took on full responsibility for her care and needs as her health declined due to emphysema up to the end of her life.
A special heart-felt thanks is in order to the wonderful staff at Wesley Homes in Des Moines, Wa where Donna spent her last 1 1/2 years with excellent care.
Donna is survived by her 3 daughters, 1 son, 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren,
as well as her 2 sisters Bonnie Moore and Joanne Moore and brother Barry Webb.
Donna wanted to share some personal quoted messages with her loved ones.
She wrote,
"I believe in Guardian Angels as they have always been with me, protecting my life and helping me in difficult situations".
"My Heavenly Father has carried me many times and now He is taking me home".
"Smile and be happy now that I am out of pain & suffering and in a place with lots of love".
"Love you all. See you on the other side".
