Elaine Rossi, was the most wonderful, kind woman to ever live. She took care of Foster Children along with helping disabled people. She had a set of Twin boys named Giovanni and Giuseppe. She also adopted two of her foster children named Mary and Jonathan. She mainly lived to help people and to take care of her family..
