Hello. My name is Vanessa. This profile is made by me. I'm a part of this wonderful family, and we have so many amazing members. This little boy is my cousin, Talia's son. Gabe was brought to life at only 23 weeks. He looked so much different from the little picture on the screen. He was so beautiful. Sadly, after 7 days fighting for his life, his little heart stopped...

He left his parents and two sisters (he later had 3 more siblings)

My thoughts are with my cousin Talia and her husband Malvin for the loss of their baby boy. We are all thinking of you
