My Story

              Jason Leon Mullins
 
Jason Leon Mullins, 32, of North Highway 837 in Waynesburg, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, January 3, 2009 at University of Kentucky Medical Center.

He was born in Champaign, Illinois on July 4, 1976, son of Fred Mullins and the late Karen Griffin Mullins. He was a grocery clerk for Kroger and a member of Eubank Baptist Church.

He is survived by his father, Fred Mullins of Waynesburg, his fiancée, Tina Turner, whom he was supposed to marry on May 30, 2009, one brother, Scott & (Traci) Mullins of Coos Bay, OR and two nephews, Christian Mullins and Jason Mullins.

A funeral service will be held at 10 AM Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Scotty Nix officiating.

Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
