Jodi an loved to sing and listening to her was like a hearing an angel singing .Christmas eve she asked if she could stay back in Clarendon to sing at a stage show. She stayed on in Clarendon after the show to attend her cousins birthday party which was to be held in Kingston on the 30^th of December 2006. It was cancelled and on the 31^st she decided to come home, to saint Ann on her way home at 4pm the car she was traveling in crashed on the Salt River road and she died about 20 minutes later at the Lionel town hospital.
