caitlin-rose simpson was born on 24th may 2005 and after doctors tried to save her she passed away 24 mins later. caitlin-rose was the fifth child of janine howarth and leaves daddy 3 brothers and 1 sister she will be sadley missed, goodnight godbless kitty-boo x x x
At caitlins inquest a narrative verdict was given due to lack of staff and beds also poor record keeping and so on poor caitlin-rose did'nt have much of a chance and became infected due to being left in distress for three days.
