My Story

I know alot of people would think of a calf as a farm animal or food supply. I bought this calf as a means to have beef but then I got attached to it and he becme a pet along eith my othr ones. He had such a short life and he was a great calf and I am never going to be able to replace him. I now have the other three but they won't replace Larry. My one calf Curly (1 day younger) really misses him since they've been together ever since the day they were born. Then Moe who was born the same day seems to miss him but he still has his companion Joe (1 Month younger). When we first got Larry Curly and Moe they were all about a week old and Larry was the least friendly out of the bunch. Then I started working with him and he started coming around. By the time he came down sick with pneumonia in September he was ok with most people as long as they didn't try to pet him unless he went to them. After he came down with it I had to keep him seperated and inside all the time and spent alot more one on one time with him. He grew into my heart and soul. He ended up being the second most friendly calf of the bunch. I miss him and always will.
