My Little Angel, after a rather Bumpy pregnancy, I was taken into hospital at 34 weeks with suspected pre-eclampsia, and told it was a very dangerous condition and the best thing to do was induce labour there and then, so i was given a pill to start it. After a fairly easy birth she was whisked away and placed in ICU, where she stayed stable for 3Hours, then she started making a strange grunting noise. I called the nurse and she brought the consultant, he explained that he thought It might be group B strep, and sure enough a swab had shown I was a carrier, and leigh-ann had caught it during labour. He told me how dangerous it is for newborns, and let me give her cuddles as her life hung in the balance. Sadly 4 hours later my baby girl lost her fight and wen tto sing with the angels, I held her close and never wanted  to let her go.
