Lucie Mary Armstrong-Manley (Our lil princess)

Lucie was only at the tender age of 14yrs when she suddenly & sadly passed-away on 27th September 2006 by accidental suicide. She was my stepdaughter but no matter what she was like my very own lil girl & always will be. 

Lucie was born in Port Talbot but when her parents divorced...her mum moved to Manchester where Lucie resided for her last few years of her young lil life.  But she spent every school holiday & any other freetime that she had with her dad & me who lives in Port Talbot.

Lucie was a very quiet, bright, chirpy, funloving girl who everyone adored,  popular at school, with lots of friends in both Manchester & Port Talbot.  She was far from being unloved.  But tragically in the June of 2006 her very close cousin Leanne Morris also committed-suicide at her young age of 19yrs,  leaving behind a beautiful lil baby girl Kia.  This didn't help Lucie as she absolutely idolised Leanne and looked up to her as an older sister, especially as she had 2 brothers & 1 stepbrother, so she was always the only girl in the family.

Tragically on the night of September 27th 2006 at 10:37pm we found Lucie in her stepbrother's bedroom, she had commited-suicide by hanging.  After about two long hard hours of medical attention & Lucie had regained back her life twice, so at least she fought to comeback alive,  but sadly her young heart couldn't take no more and she sadly passed-away on that tragic evening at Morriston Hospital, Swansea.
