My Story

my mother was a wonderful person who never got angry she was born marina violet knight she was the only girl but had older brothers whos names were leighton graham leonard aqnd cyril she married quite young and gave birth to my sister susan but when she was a little girl her dad died and my mum remarried that was to be my father john arthur hodges there is nine years between me and my sister i got married to steven alford in september 1987 and mum was diagnosed with stomach cancer in the november they tried to operate but it had taken to much of an hold mum lasted until 21st july 1988 weighing little more than 4 stone a very cruel illness indeed she idi manage to live long enough to see her only 2 grtand children be born michelle and vicky but they were only 5 and 4 at tyhe most and dont have that many memories michele later went on to have her own child a very sweet kayleigh who is now 7 and mum would have loved her there isnt a day that goes by that we dont miss you your loving family
