My Story

Matthew was born to loving parents Felicia Verkaik and Ross Bates on July 8, 2007. Sadly he was taken Home six weeks later on August 21,2007 as a result of SIDS. Missed by his brothers, Shawn, John, Kaleb & Lucas as well as his maternal grandparents Tommy & Lou Wellington & Tasha Verkaik as well as John Verkaik. Also missed by his paternal grandparents Joyce & Dan Mattheus. Beloved nephew of Mel Verkaik, Carissa Verkaik, Natasha Verkaik, David Bates, Lisa Hawgood, Richard Mattheus, Amber Williston & Kenny Wellington.
