My Story

Maureen Marie Whipple died suddenly at the age of 47 in Glendale, Arizona on July 17, 2009.  She was born in Redfield, South Dakota and moved to Arizona with her family as a child.  Later, she became a devoted Registered Nurse.  "Mo" had a witty sense of humor, loved to laugh and have fun.  She also enjoyed dancing and listening to an eclectic mix of music.  Her love for travel took her to Mexico, the Carribean and all throughout Europe.  Maureen possessed the special gift of hospitality and was a gourmet cook. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Palmer and grand-daughter, Makayla Allen.  Parents Frederick and Antonia Carrico, sister, Arlene Coronado, and brother, Russell Carrico.  Nieces, Christina Coronado-Eddie, Angela Havir, and April Carrico.  Nephews, Charlie Carrico and Steve Coronado.  Her beloved weiner dog, Lovey.  Maureen is deeply loved by her family and many friends.  Memories of her beauty, bright smile, loving heart, and gentle nature will live on in our hearts and minds forever.

The memorial service held for Maureen was on Friday, July 24th at Pure Heart Christian Fellowship church in Arizona.
