My Story

Peter passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on 27/11/06.  He was only 43 years of age, and left his wife Kylie and daughter Olivia aged 9 behind.  We are sure that he would not have wanted his life to end in this way, and especially not to see Olivia grow into a young lady. Peter owned and operated Tilt Up Construction's and was a well respected and acknowledged member of the building community in South Australia - his business no longer exists, but his mark on SA's building infrastructure can be a lasting memory for those of use left to live on without him.  In his private time, Peter enjoyed spending time with family and friends, he loved bbq's and single malt scotch.  Peter had a passion for gardening and spent many hours perfecting they style and colour in his garden, neighbours and passers by often commenting on his artistry. Peter loved spending time with Kylie and Olivia going to the movies, eating popcorn, going for long drives, especially to the Murray River.  Peter also enjoyed spending time with his parents Iolanda and Antonio, and we all miss him terribly.  Peter would also love to watch Olivia play netball and going out to eat with Kylie and Olivia.  He enjoyed going to the Central Market, eating hot salami and breadrolls, he liked to cook and made a mean bacon and egg breakfast.  Olivia thought his cooking was great, although many others didn't agree.  Peter had a great sense of humour, he loved watching foxtel, especially the cricket and football and barracked for the Adelaide Crows.  His favourite topics were the Murray River - which he knew a great deal about, Princess Diana whom he thought was beautiful, his garden and Olivia whom he cherished deeply and loved immensley.  When Olivia was born, Peter held her before Kylie did, he doted on her every move and loved her totally and unconditionally.  Peter, Olivia and I think of you every day, we carry your memories in our heart and we will never forget you.  We talk to you all the time, and hope you hear us, watch over us and stay close by, we need your guidance.  WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH.  All our love, Kylie and Olivia xxx
