Todd Issac Okemura was born on November 3, 1955 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Iwao "Slim" and the late Jane Okemura. He is survived by his loving wife Arleen, two lovely daughters Nicole and Jody, father Slim, and brothers Rand J and Sean E.Throughout his short life he touched so many lives through his kindness, humor and laughter.
He loves in life were music, fishing, talking story, riding dirt bikes, cars and making new friends.
