Hi everyone I'm Melissa Trenton's Aunt and I will explain as best as I can about Trenton's passing. My brother and his girlfriend were expecting a healthy baby boy , so the doctors said, everything went picture perfect until the day of delivery. The only thing that  the doctors were watching was his heartbeat during delivery which went a little to high or a little to low, nothing to alarming, but after delivery Trenton was having trouble breathing, so they rushed in a incubator and put him in it and took him to the nicu, they got him stable and then did an exray to see what was the problem, they discovered that he had a hernia I'm not really sure what the medical term for it was, but it was a big name and it was very life threatening, they called in a life flight helicopter to fly him to The Childrens Hospital in Washington DC. There they hooked him many machines and had tubes running from everywhere on his little body, you can see from the picture. They made an incision and put a tube in his neck to recirculate his blood , nothing they did helped him he fought so hard, but it was to much for him. As you can see in the picture all of his intestines were pushed up into his little chest, and he was to unstable for the doctors to try to do any surgery.Trenton took his last breath in the early evening of February 19, 2005, with family close by.
